This Privacy Policy (further on ‘policy’) is in force as part of the duties required by the   Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), further on ‘RODO’).

  3. The purpose of personal data processing is thandling of inquiries sent via the contact form on the website.
  4. No automatic decisions including profiling are performed based on your personal data.
  5. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring data security and may use the pseudonymisation technique and data encryption and also uses appropriate security methods including login to the internal systems containing personal data.


  • 2. The rights of a person, whose personal data are processed
  1. The person whose personal data are processed has the right to access to his/her data, correcting the data and also their removal or limiting the processing. The person also has the right to object the processing and transfer the data.

The personal data will be proces until all claims related to the Contract or using the Website, granted to the Administrator towards the person whose data are being processed or granted to the natural person towards the Administrator are deemed void. This period is stated by the generally applicable law. The person whose data are being processed has the right to make a complaint in the Personal Data Protection Office (further on ‘UODO’).
  3. The request to remove personal data necessary to the functioning of a customer account on the Website is equivalent to irretrievable removal of the Account.

  1. The website may use cookies which serve the identification of a certain browser during the use of Website by a certain User.
